- How can I buy if I don't have a card?

For Usa the only Payment Metod is by credit or debit card.

- How long does it take to get my order?

In USA, You may recieve your products within 5 bussines days. But it depends where do you live. For more information please contact us.

- What happens if I make my payment on Saturday, Sunday, holiday or after 2:00 pm?

Your order will ship until the next business day.

For example: If you make a payment at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, your order will be sent the following Monday (except it is a holiday).

- What are business days?

Working days are working days, that is, Monday through Friday. Saturdays, Sundays and holidays are non-working days. 

- Do not deliver on weekends?

No

- What time of day will my order arrive?

DHL has its own schedules. We recommend that you track your shipment a minimum once a day via the Internet at www.dhl-usa.com or to customer service numbers. Don't forget to have your tracking code at hand.

- What happens if my order takes too long to arrive?

You have to wait until the guarantee period that we give is fulfilled, in air shipments it is 2 business days and on land shipments up to 5 business days.

- I already waited for the necessary time and my order has not arrived yet.

Contact DHL immediately with your tracking code in hand and tell the advisor that you want to report. They will ask for your complete data and the data of the sender that is Nutrieve, in case you do not have them, contact us at “contacto@nutrieve.shop”

- If my order brings "free shipping" how long does it take me to arrive?

We don't offer free shipping in USA.
